Detroit native, Brandon Williams, professionally known as 13LACKBEARD, embodies the genre that started with Detroit and Chicago masters---DANCE MUSIC.
Sharing the stage with some of today’s biggest DJs and artists in the world, 13LACKBEARD has opened for Snoop Dogg, Chris Stapleton, Beyoncé, Gwen Stefani, The Eagles, Taylor Swift, Post Malone, Imagine Dragons, Guns N’ Roses, Kaskade, Mr.Tape, Tiesto, and more. Most recently in 2021 and 2022, 13LACKBEARD was the tour DJ for Nelly’s Lil Bit of Music Series. Following Nelly’s Tour, 13LACKBEARD hit the stage as the tour DJ for The Mount Westmore Tour featuring Ice Cube, Too Short, and Snoop Dogg.
As the first exclusive DJ of “America’s Team,” The Dallas Cowboys, 13LACKBEARD’S mixes can be found on international SiriusXM Pitbull’s Globalization Radio every Thursday night. 13LACKBEARD subscribes to the “Cowboy Way'' mindset that excellence is the standard. 13LACKBEARD is known by Cowboys players and fans as the “ultimate hype machine.” Now looking ahead to his 15th season with the team, 13LACKBEARD’S high-energy pre-game show with the iconic Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, the Hip-Hop Dance Team and Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue Drumline will continue to deliver the ultimate game day experience for more than 50,000 fans. “The fans love him---he hits every major genre–and the feel-good energy at his shows is awesome to experience. Brandon’s our first call when someone big is coming to perform at the stadium.”
13LACKBEARD credits his Dallas Cowboys family and friends at AT&T Stadium for lining him up with two major career moments, performing at NBA All-Star Weekend 2010 and Super Bowl XLV in 2011.
When 13LACKBEARD is not at the stadium or on tour, he has residencies at Dallas hotspots; The Tower Club, Lava Cantina, and Green Light Social. When he is not DJing, you can find him at home with his wife and children or recording his own music–working alongside Grammy Award winning producers and artists.
