TERRITORIES: NORTH & SOUTH AMERICA
Since signing his first song at the age of fourteen, Throttle has steamrolled his way through the world of electronic music. Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Robbie Bergin (Throttle) first caught the attention of Avicii who invited the youngster to remix ‘You Make Me’ and join him on his Australian ‘True Tour’. Throttle’s music has since been streamed over 325 million times and has led to performances at some of the world's biggest festivals including Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas and Sziget.
2019 saw the release of his debut EP ‘Where U Are’ with tracks like ‘Dreamer’ and ‘Japan’ propelling the Aussie to new heights and Billboard Electronic Top 100 placements. The EP’s syncs with Fortnite and Rocket League helped make Throttle one of the faces of music for arguably the biggest video game company, Epic Games.
Throttle has been an industry leader in electronic music through collaborations with Galantis, Oliver Heldens, Lost Frequencies and Kungs. Official remixes for Ed Sheeran, Avicii, Armin Van Burren, Earth Wind & Fire, Charlie Puth, Dua Lipa, Troye Sivan, Snakehips, and MØ have helped Throttle become 1001 Tracklists #31 most supported DJ in the world. His remix of “Hit the Road Jack” was the main song for the marketing campaign of Ocean’s 8. Production and writing credits for Sabrina Claudio, David Guetta & Martin Garrix have placed Throttle with some of the biggest songs in EDM and Pop.
